Ukrainian Polymetals will be wound up
The Ministry of Industry intends to wind up Ukrainian Polymetals Company. This information has been provided by Ukrainski Novinini. On November 30 the company’s shareholders will hold a meeting, during which the questions of the company’s liquidation will be discussed.
Ukrainian Polymetals have three shareholders: The Ministry of Industry (71.97%), the Fund of State Property (25.95%) and the Ministry of Finance (2.08%). The process of the company’s’ liquidation started in June.
The company was deprived of gemstones cutting plants including Kiev Emerald Plant, Vinnitcy Kristall, Lvov Jewellery Plant and others.
Ukrainian Polymetals was founded in 1998 in the context of Ukrainian Gold programme.
