Accurately a year ago the first gold was mined at Khakadjinckoe deposit in Khabarovsk region. The deposit is being exploited by OJSC Okhotskaya Mining Company. Polimetall Company (St.-Petersburg) has allocated over $100 mln for the pit reconstruction.

According to IA Vostok-Media, Khakadja’s gold mining volume for the year has amounted to 1800 kg, silver – 29 tons. In the first six months of 2005 the deposit is planned to reach the planned capacity and to giver 4 tons of gold and 8-0 tons of silver.

In the nearest future it is intended to provide the mining complex with modern equipment. It is planned as well to start Yuryevskoe deposit exploitation.
