KM.ru reports that the Accounts Chamber of Russia plans to control raw diamonds sales in foreign markets. The programme of this investigation has been already approved.

In September- November 2004 the Chamber will examine the legality of operations and diamonds pricing basis and the effectiveness of the State control in this field.
