According to Nakanune.Ru, on September 3 the Ministry of Natural Resources commission held a meeting devoted to six deposits development, in particular, Malyshev emerald deposit, its being exploited by CJSC Zelen Kamen.

Zelen Kamen Company should prove the fact of the deposit buying and its intention to invest the deposit development. Now the company breaks the licence agreement as it has not started additional resources searching and has not prepared the plan of complex construction.
