YASIA published that the president of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) Vyacheslav Shtyrov congratulated the workers of gold mining industry with 80th jubilee of the sector.

He mentioned that now the sector is facing its second revival. Aldan, Olekma, Indigirka gold mining companies are working successfully, new factories are being launched. Modern technologies and equipments are introduced and the programme of the sector development is being fulfilled. Last year it was the first time for a long period when the volume of gold mined in the Republic exceeded 20 tons.
