Independent Information Agency reports that the shareholders of OJSC Matrosov’s pit will hold a special meeting on September 10, 2004. The agenda of the meeting includes the question of promissory notes offering 336.4 mln roubles worth in favour of MMC Norilsk Nickel. All the funds gained will be invested in Natalka deposit geological searching works.

The total sum needed for Natalka geological exploration amounts to about $60 mln. Now it is proved that the deposit resources may be up to 1.6 thou tons of gold. From 2008 about 37 tons of gold will be planned at the deposit.
