As it has been informed by Delovoi Peterburg, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has met the President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan. One of the questions discussed during the meeting was the problems diamond trade between the two countries faces. Recently the quotas for diamonds supplies to Armenia were cancelled and it caused rapid decrease in the trade between Russia and Armenia.
