Tim Martin, the chairman of Kimberley process has arrived to Moscow. Mr Martin was invited by Russian Minister of Finance and his visit is full of meetings and discussions. Mr Martin will visit Lomonosov diamonds deposit, the largest one in Eurasia, will meet the heads of Russian Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and will take part in several discussions concerning Russian raw diamonds turnover.

In the context of the visit the officials will talk about Russia becoming the chairman of Kimberley process next year. This year Tim Martin represents Canada as the organisation’s head.
