The press service of ALROSA Company reports that ALROSA Investment Group has finished the agreement aimed at several Yakut gold mining companies consolidation. Now plants at Nezhdaninskoe and Kyuchus deposits are united in a holding on the basis of Aldanzoloto Company, 99% of it belonging to IG ALROSA.

This week in Yakutia there was a meeting held devoted to the problems of regional gold mining industry. The list of the meeting participants included the president of Yakutia Vyacheslav Shtyrov, the chairman of the regional government Egor Borisov, and the representatives of IG ALROSA. In particular, the question of gold mining assets consolidation was discussed.
