According to CentrAN, Kyrgyzstan now is the third in CIS gold mining. His announcement was made by the head of Kyrgyz President administration Toichubek Kasymov during the meeting of JSC Kyrgzaltyn shareholders. Mr Kasymov mentioned as well that mining and metallurgical industries are the principal in the Republic economy. Over 8% of the world gold resources are located in Kyrgyzstan. Now gold mining companies in the Republic need direct investments in order to improve the situation in the industry.
