On July 13, 2004, Lena Gold Company published the results of the meeting its shareholders had had in Moscow. During the meeting all the reports for 2003 were approved and 2003 results were estimated. The sum of dividends for the last year amounted to 1 154 364 roubles.

New board of the company was elected during the meeting as well. The members of the new board are Valeriy Rudakov – the head of the board, Vladimir Sovmen, Vladimir Kochetkov, Alexei Golubkov, Timofei Gridnev, Alexei Malov, Dmitriy Kharitonov. All of them have senior positions in Polus Company or MMC Norilsk Nickel except for Mr Gridnev and Mr Kharitonov, they being the lawyers.
