Vedomosti informs that ALROSA Investment Group is purchasing the shares of ALROSA Diamonds Mining Company. The CEO of the Group Sergey Vybornov announced that the purchase process is maximum transparent.

However, a source in ALROSA reports that the company’s share are not being bought by the Investment Group only, thus the management intends to examine the legality of the deals. ALROSA is a close joint-stock company and all the deals should be conducted under the control of its shareholders.
