As it has been informed earlier Irish Celtic Resources Companies has reached an agreement according to which Investment Group ALROSA will become the largest shareholder of the company. Celtic Resources will get 50% in ALROSA project of Nezhdaninskoe deposit development. ALROSA in its turn will obtain 23% of Celtic Resources.

However, Vremya novostey informs that the negotiation on the issue have been taking place for a long time and ALROSA used to plan buying the A-shares of Irish company. Now it is highly likely that Russian diamond monopolist will get not more than 30%.
