The department of Public Relationships of the Bank of Russia reports that on July 1, 2004, the Bank of Russia issued silver and golden memorial coins devoted to Feofan Grek. The golden coins are at the face value of 50 and 10000 roubles, silver coins – at the face value of 3 and 100 roubles. The coins’ weights are 31.1 g and 1kg – silver coins and 7.78 g and 1 kg – golden coins.

The number of coins issued is the following: silver coins: 3 roubles – 8 thou pcs, 100 roubles – 500 pcs; golden coins: 50 roubles – 1.5 thou pcs, 10000 roubles – 100 pcs.
