As it has been informed by the representative of Irkutsk region administration, the auction for Eurasian largest gold deposit Sukhoi Log will be announced in the third quarter of 2004. The auction may be announced after the legislation is changed and it becomes possible to estimate the results of the auction considerably sooner.

The deposit development will require $1 bln.
