On June 2, 2004, there was a meeting of Smolensk Kristall Company’s board held in Smolensk. The meeting was headed by the board’s chairman Vladimir Rybkin. Among the meeting’s participants there were: Vladimir Kalitin, ALROSA CEO, Viktor Maslov, the head of Smolensk region administration, Yuriy Rebrik, Kristall CEO, Alexander Tikhonov, the head of the Property Ministry department, Leonid Tolpezhnikov, the head of the Finance Ministry department.

During the meeting organisation questions were discussed, the question of the company’s CEO and board. The agenda of annual shareholders’ meeting was approved as well.
