As it has been informed by Lenta.ru, the Committee of finance monitoring recommends to renew the control over large purchases. According to the bill prepared by the Committee, it is necessary to control all the agreements on large purchases in the field of bonds, flats, houses, precious metals and gemstones buying. The Ministry of Taxes is considered to be responsible for the control fulfilment. These measures were invented and introduced in 1999, but in 2003 they were abolished as they were in fact ineffective.
