According to Prime-TASS, MMC Norilsk Nickel board recommends not to pay dividends for 2003. It proposes to announce the payments done in fact for January-September 2003. The size of payments amounted to 42.1 roubles per a share.

This means that the dividends already paid for nine months 2003 will be regarded as annual payments.
