There is something new in the Federal legislation. On May 21, 2004, the State Customs Committee published the list of goods that are to be declared at the customs office. The list includes items imported to Russia with the cost over 65 thou roubles and/or weighing over 50 kg, imported gemstones, precious metals and cultural values etc.
