On April 27 there was the meeting of OJSC Severalmaz Supervisory Council held in Moscow.

The agenda of the meeting included the questions connected with the annual shareholders’ meeting organisation, the results of 2003, the participation of the company in social programmes of Primorye region development in 2004 – 2005.

Every year Severalmaz Company takes part in social programmes. This year the company plans to spend 1 580 000 roubles for the area near Lomonosov deposit improvement.

The annual meeting of the company’s shareholders will take place on May 28 2004 in Archangel.
