The press service of the Hermitage reports that this autumn the State museum intends to organise Hermitage Week in New York. The event is planned to start from September 22, 2004.

In particular, the exposition will include ten jewellery masterpieces from the Hermitage collection. Among the exhibits are Faberge jewellery items and Scythian antiques. All the money gained from the exhibition will be spent for the Hermitage reconstruction.
