In July 2004 the Bank of Russia plans to issue a silver memorial coin of the Famous Russia?s Personalities series. The purity of alloy is 925. The face value of the coin will be two roubles; its weight will be 15.55 g. The coin is devoted to a famous Russian composer M.I. Glinka, his 200th anniversary being in 2004.
