On April 16 the meeting of ALROSA Supervisory Council took place in Moscow. The meeting was headed by the Minister of Finance A. Kudrin.

At the meeting there were such questions discussed as additions and amendments of the company?s regulations, auditor?s election and some others. All the changes will be discussed again at the shareholders? meeting, which will take place on June 19, 2004 in Mirny, the Sakha Republic. The date and the place of this meeting organisation were as well approved at the Supervisory Council meeting.
