Kazinform Agency publishes that at the beginning of April 2004, currency reserves of Kazakhstan National bank increased by 4% or by $228.7 mln. At the same time gold assets have decreased by $36.4 mln de to gold prices decrease by 4,1%. In general gold and currency reserves of Kazakhstan have increased by 2.4% as compared to March figures and amounted to $9.656 bln.
