IA Baikal News Service reports that in the nearest future there will be an agreement signed between Irkutsk region administration and MMC Norilsk Nickel. The issue of the agreement is social cooperation. According t the region governor Boris Govorin, the company has provided all the information about taxes paid, and the administration has no grudges against Norilsk Nickel.
