On April 9 the Great Friday auction took place in Gelos Auction House. Its principal subject accent was Orthodox Easter celebration. A separate string consisted of lots associated with Easter celebration, traditions and customs. Traditional Easter souvenirs ? eggs ? were presented at the auction as well.

The tenders were very exciting. For example, an Easter egg dated from XIX century were sold for 190 thou roubles with its starting price being only 25 thou. Another interesting lots was sold for 160 thou roubles ? it was the egg devoted to St. Nikolai, the silver egg made by Khlebnikov Company in 1889 was sold for 26 thou roubles.
