As it has been informed by Interfax, the new annual shareholders’ meeting of Susumanzoloto Company will take place on April 30, 2004.

The agenda of the meeting includes the questions of annual reports, account balance, the results of 2003, the company’s statues’ changes etc. The shareholders will elect the new board of the company as well.
