MetalTorg.Ru reports that Peter Hambro Company has finished its purchase of Yamalzoloto Company’s 90%. The cost of the deal amounted to $5mln.

The principal asset of the Russian company is Novogodnee Manto gold deposit, its reserves being about 90 tons of gold.
