As it has been informed by АК&М, Norimet Ltd, a subsidiary of MMC Norilsk Nickel, has bought 20% of SA gold mining company Gold Fields Ltd shares. The shares were bought from Anglo American plc, the cost of the agreement was $1.16 bln.
