The Ministry of Natural resources and the administration of Khabarovsk krai have announced an auction taking place on June 30, 2004. The object of the auction is silver and gold deposit situated in the krai - Avlayakan. The deposit’s resources are estimated at 2728 kg of gold and 9715 kg of silver.

The starting price of the deposit is 912 thou roubles. Both Russian and foreign companies are allowed to participate in the tenders. The winner will get the licence for 20 years. The deadline for filing applications is May 29, 2004.
