Two thou diamonds were nearly sold for 100 thou roubles in Kursk region
Gazeta.ru reports that a large batch of diamonds has been confiscated in Kursk region. There was an attempt made to sell illegally two thou diamonds weighing 229 ct for 100 thou roubles only.
