Independent Information agency publishes that there was a meeting held in Krasnoyarsk devoted to the krai resources development. The participants of the meeting were local officials, scientists and miners.

Krasnoyarsk krai is the second Russian region in natural resources volume. However, these resources have not been prospected properly. In 2003 59 mln roubles were spent for geological searching including 46 mln roubles from private companies. All the participants agreed that current situation needs improvement not only at regional level but at the federal one.
