ABN reports that on March 10 there was a meeting held devoted to the development works at Lomonosov diamonds deposit (Archangel region). The participants of the meeting were the representatives of local authorities, OJSC Severalmaz and building organisations. The agenda of the meeting included urgent questions and organisational problems.

According to the head of Severalmaz Company Evgeniy Valuev, the construction of mining complex at the deposit is secured by credit notes location – Severalmaz has got $100 mln from both Russian and foreign investors. It is planned to have finished the complex building by the end of 2004.
