The purchase of OJSC Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Plant has finished. The manager of corporation relations department of Renova Company Vasiliy Verbin informed that the agreement had finally come to the end – about two thirds of Yekaterinburg enterprise have been bought by a group of investors, among which there is Renova Company as well.

Experts express an opinion that this agreement was made with the purpose to create integrated precious metals mining structure in Ural. They estimate the agreement’s cost at $13 - 50 mln.
