As it has been reported by RIA Novosti, the government of Kyrgyzstan and Canadian Kameko Company are launching new gold mining company Centerra, and Kyrgyzia will have about 30% of this new venture.

The new company is estimated at $350 mln. It owns Kumtor gold deposit in Kyrgyzia and two deposits in Mongolia and the USA. It is expected to become the forth largest Canadian gold mining company.

However, Kyrgyz parliamentarians consider this decision illegal; they think that this venture is profitable for Canadian party only.
