As Prime-TASS has been informed on January 27 the negotiations between Sergey Shilov, the vice-president of Vneshtorgbank, and Minister of Finance of Namibia, the representatives of bank structures of Namibia. Sergey Shilov declared about the reaching a cooperation agreement with Development Bank of Namibia. He said if the government of Namibia was interested in cooperation with “ALROSA” or other their Russian clients, Vneshtorgbank would be ready to finance .
