The Union of Gold Producers: in 2003 Russian gold mining will grow up by 2.4% — up to 175 tons
As it has been informed by MFD-InfoCenter, gold mining in Russia in 2003 will amount to 175 tons. This forecast was made by the Union of Gold Producers.
The representatives of GOKHRAN don’t give any predictions about gold mining in 2003, as the information from regions has not been still gathered. However, the GOKHRAN may fear that its preliminary estimations of gold mining for 2003 — 180 tons — will not become true.
