Gold and currency reserves of Ukraine next year will be increased by $2,5 bln
ForUm informs that in 2004 gold and currency reserves of Ukraine will grow up by approximately $2,5 bln — up to $9,4 bln. This means that the reserves will keep growing. This forecast was made by the chairman of Ukraine National Bank S. Tigipko.
Mr Tigipko informed as well that now gold and currency reserves of the country amount to $6,9 bln. (at the beginning of 2003 they were $4,4 bln).
