According to YASIA, over 150 visitors have attended the presentation of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) held on December 19, 2003, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Among the presentation visitors there were the ambassadors of Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Yemen, Malaysia, Namibia, South Africa, Mali, India, Zimbabwe, the representatives of China, South Korea, Oman, Turkey, Belgium, Poland, Indonesia and other countries.

Visitors were able to buy jewellery from ALROSA, Dragocennosti Yakutii, Zoloto Yakutii, Tuymaada Diamond, Sakha Taas and Sakhayuvelir. The vice president of Sakha Republic Alexander Yakimov made a report about Yakutia’s achievements and future development. Industrial block was presented by the president of JSC ALROSA Vladimir Kalitin and the CEO of Yakutugol Company Vladimir Petrov.
