The press service of JSC ALROSA informs that on December 11, 2003, the meeting of JSC ALROSA’s Supervisory Council took place in Moscow.

It decided to pass the shares of the company’s subsidiary Severalmaz to CJSC Investment Company SOLEX— the subsidiary of OJSC Investment Group ALROSA.

The plan of the Council’s work of 2003 was approved at the meeting as well.

The heads of the Supervisory Council — its chairman, the Minister of finance of Russia Alexei Kudrin, and the first deputy chairman, the president of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) Vyacheslav Shtyrov — pointed the company’s success in 2003.
