Gazeta Yakutii publishes that the candidate to the deputies of the State Duma Vyacheslav Shtyrov have met the representatives of diamond cutting, gold mining and jewellery industries.

Mr Shtyrov mentioned that Yakutia will maintain diamonds mining at the same level or even will increase diamond mining volume. 25% of ALROSA diamonds are aimed for local manufacturers. Gold industry is developing in the Republic as well.

Mr Shtyrov emphasised that the makes of Yakut jewellery and diamond cutting industries should become a brand of both Russian and international scale.
