IA REGNUM-KNews publishes the interview with Norilsk Nickel CEO Mikhail Prokhorov. Mr Prokhorov shared the results of investigations held on his initiative in the sphere of hydrogen power engineering. These investigations showed that in 10 years internal combustion engine will be displaced by hydrogen engine that uses palladium technologies.

Mr Prokhorov has mentioned that Russia produces about 50% of the world’s palladium volume. Now this metal is not widely spread, therefore the prices of palladium are not very high. Norilsk Nickel intends to develop hydrogen technologies and palladium production in Russia.
