MetalTorg.Ru publishes that MMC Norilsk Nickel plans to increase gold mining volume at Lena gold deposits up to 17 tons of the metal annually in course of the nearest two years. It can be possible due to the funds’ modernisation, effective and transparent financial politics. In 2003 gold mining volume at the enterprise is planned to be 9,5 tons.
Norilsk Nickel intends to invest $20 mln into Lena Gold Company’s production and $10 mln into geological exploration.
