According to IA Norilsk Novosti, the representatives of MMC Norilsk Nickel have been included into the delegation of Russia’s Government chairman Mikhail Kasyanov to Finland. The Prime Minister will be accompanied as well by the Transport Minister Sergey Frank, the representatives of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Ministries of Economic Development, Natural Resources and others.
