According to BizTime.ru, Irish Celtic Resources Holdings will increase its share in South-Verhoyanskaya Mining Company from 50% up to 100%. This company exploits Nezhdaninskoe gold ore deposit in Yakutia.

Celtic and Investment Group ALROSA have made an agreement, according to which ALROSA gives 50% of the company to Celtic and gets 23% of Celtic Resources shares plus two posts in its board.
