Murmansk region. URM.RU informs that Norilsk Nickel will increase its payments to the regional budget by 10-12%. This is a condition provided by the agreement on cooperation, which Norilsk Nickel and Murmansk region authorities plan to have signed till the end of 2003. Now Norilsk Nickel pays 1,4-1,45 bln roubles a year to the budget of Murmansk region.
