According to MFD-InfoCentre, on October 21 the Ministry of Finance will hold an open auction for large diamonds selling in the domestic market.

Russian diamonds cutting companies are allowed to participate in the tenders. The deadline for filing in applications is October 10, 2003. The sum of advance that is to be transferred beforehand is 30 thou roubles.
