Vitaliy Nesis was born in 1976, he graduated from St-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finances and Yale University, New York, USA. Before being appointed CEO of Polimetall Company Mr Nesis has worked as CEO of Vostsibugol Company, in Irkutsk.
