CJSC Polus (Krasnoyarsk region) plans to have increased gold mining volume by 6-7 tons till 2010
As it was reported by IA Taimyrskiy Telegraph, CJSC Polus (Krasnoyarsk region) planned to have increased gold mining volume by 6-7 tons till 2010. The company exploits one of Russian largest gold ore deposit Olimpiadninskoe. Moreover, Polus Company owns the licences for Tyradinskoe, Olenye and Blagodatnoe gold deposits exploitation.
According to the chairman of the company’s board of directors Valeriy Rudakov, CJSC Polus plans to start new deposits exploitation (Blagodatnoe deposit is intended to be the first one) in 2005, after having approved all the documents needed. This will help to increase gold mining volume. In January-June 2003 Polus Company mined 13,1 tons of gold that is by 5% more than it had been planned. All the volume of gold is realized to Rosbank and Alfa–Bank.
