As it has become know to Regions.ru, the representatives of Moscow Norfin Company have paid the whole sum for OJSC Izumrudnye Kopi Urala estimated at 31 mln roubles. The property of OJSC including gemstones mine has been practically handed over to the representatives of CJSC Zelenkamen, which is being proxy for Norfin Company.
